This Legal Notice / Imprint identifies the organization responsible for Hashtag Bio Inc. / hashtag.bio and provides the corporate, contact and service information relevant to the current creator-opportunity website and application page.

This notice applies to the Hashtag.bio website. Separate terms, privacy notices or opportunity documents may apply when a visitor submits a creator application, is selected for a campaign, enters into a contract or uses another Hashtag Bio Inc. service.

3. Website and service scope

Hashtag BIO currently provides information about creator and influencer opportunities and a form through which eligible creators may apply for consideration for campaigns, events, partnerships, ambassador programmes and membership in the Hashtag Bio Inc. network.

The current page does not sell goods or paid services, process consumer payments, operate a public creator marketplace, provide public creator profiles or host public comments. If a paid, marketplace or account-based service is introduced, the operator will provide the additional pricing, tax, cancellation, trader, complaint and contractual information required for that service before launch.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, campaign participation, compensation, representation, verification or another commercial outcome. The Creator Application and Eligibility Terms govern application submissions.

4. Relationship with Miss Denmark

The creator-application page is co-branded with Miss Denmark. The Miss Denmark name, logo and related campaign materials identify a collaboration or opportunity and remain owned by, or licensed to, their respective rights holder.

Hashtag Bio Inc. operates the website and receives general creator applications unless a clearly identified opportunity notice states otherwise. The presence of Miss Denmark branding does not by itself make Miss Denmark the website operator, the recipient of every application, an employer, an agent of Hashtag Bio Inc. or a party to the website's general terms.

If Miss Denmark or another partner will receive, independently review or determine the outcome of information for a specific opportunity, the relevant opportunity notice and privacy information will identify that role before the information is shared.

6. Registration, tax and regulatory status

Hashtag Bio Inc. is registered in the United States. Basic entity information can be looked up on official US company registration data through state Secretary of State databases.

The current Hashtag.bio page does not charge an application fee or offer paid consumer transactions. It therefore does not display a transaction-specific price, VAT number or GST registration number. Any future paid offer must identify the contracting trader, total price, applicable taxes, payment terms and any legally required tax-registration information before a user commits to the transaction.

Operating the current informational and creator-application page is not represented as a regulated profession and does not require a professional title or sector-specific authorization disclosed through this notice. A future regulated activity must not be offered until the responsible licensed entity, authorization and supervisory authority are identified.

Hashtag Bio Inc. controls the general Hashtag.bio website structure, application process and statements about the Hashtag Bio Inc. network. A named campaign partner remains responsible for materials and factual statements it supplies for a campaign, subject to the allocation agreed between the parties and mandatory law.

Reasonable efforts are made to keep website information accurate and current. Campaign availability, dates, eligibility, partner participation and opportunity details may change. Material terms for a selected opportunity will be provided separately before a creator is asked to undertake binding obligations.

8. Intellectual property and trademarks

Website design, text, graphics, software and Hashtag.bio branding are owned by Hashtag Bio Inc. or its licensors. Miss Denmark and other third parties retain ownership of, or rights in, their respective names, logos, photographs and supplied materials.

Hashtag Bio Inc., BIO, Checkmark and associated names, logos and symbols are trademarks or registered trademarks of Hashtag Bio Inc. in jurisdictions where rights have been established. Other marks belong to their respective owners.

No website content or mark may be copied, republished or used to imply sponsorship, certification, endorsement or affiliation except as permitted by law or with the relevant rights holder's written authorization. Rights concerns may be sent to legal@hashtag.bio.

9. Accuracy, availability and external services

The website may contain links to social-media platforms, partner websites, form providers or other independent services. A link does not by itself mean that Hashtag Bio Inc. controls or endorses the third party. External services operate under their own legal terms, privacy notices, security measures and accessibility arrangements.

The operator may maintain, update or temporarily suspend the website for security, legal compliance, maintenance or service improvement. No website can be guaranteed to operate without interruption or error. These statements do not reduce an obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

General website material is provided for information about creator opportunities. It is not legal, financial, tax, employment, immigration, medical or other professional advice. Visitors and creators should obtain independent advice where a decision depends on their individual circumstances.

11. No financial or investment service

Hashtag Bio Inc. is not offered as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, securities exchange, cryptocurrency exchange, financial institution, crowdfunding portal or investment platform. Nothing on the current page is an offer, recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell a financial product.

12. Complaints and consumer information

A visitor may send a website, service or legal complaint to legal@hashtag.bio or use the postal address in Section 2. Please identify the issue and the outcome requested. Support questions may be sent to support@hashtag.bio.

The current page is a free creator-application service and does not conclude an online consumer sale. Hashtag Bio Inc. is not represented as committed to a particular consumer alternative-dispute-resolution body for this page. If a future paid service is subject to a mandatory or agreed complaint or alternative-dispute-resolution process, the applicable transaction terms will identify it.

The former European Union Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore not linked from this notice. Visitors retain any mandatory right to contact a competent consumer authority, court, data-protection authority or other regulator.
